ANNUAL AUTUMN AUCTION OCTOBER 9, 2010

KCA's Annual Autumn Auction is approaching fast!

Auction Recipe for Success:

1. Start with overflowing cups of help from everyone! We can't have too much of this. Help comes in all forms so don't hesitate to ask how YOU can help. KCA needs everyone to help!

Volunteers are needed to set up, work concessions, the craft table, silent auction, children's activities, live auction, clean up (double volunteer hours for this!) and obtaining personal and business donations.

2. Add generous donations of new or "gently used" items. Not too heavy, easily moved and carried. Services work well. One or two time-shares add just the right sweetness!

3.  Stir in donations from local businesses obtained by volunteers who ask the merchants for donations.    These are easy to add and give our auction a special spiciness! Remember, we have not because we ask not.

4. Mix all together with smiles, fun, laughter and love for our wonderful KCA.

5. Simmer til 3:00 pm and Enjoy!

Thursday, August 19, 2:00 - 6 p.m.

Saturday, September 11, 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon

Saturday, September 18, 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon

Saturday, October 2, 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon

Any school day by appointment, 9:30 a.m. - 3:00p.m.
